WikiHealth

WikiHealth is a mediawiki-based commercial repository of articles on health and wellness related topics. It is published by the makers of another for-profit wiki called WikiFAQ.

The publishers of WikiHealth hope that by creating a user editable repository of health and wellness issues, users may be able to share their own knowledge on health as well as learn from community members. WikiHealth currently covers health and wellness topics from explanations of diseases and health ailments to western and alternative medicine treatments to yoga and meditation.

History

WikiHealth was launched in April 2005 using a modified version of the mediawiki 1.4 software.
